Why Our USD and INR Prices Are Different (It's Not a Mistake)

If you have compared our two price lists, you may have noticed something: our USD prices are higher than a straight currency conversion of our INR prices. Convert any of our INR starting prices into dollars and you will get a lower number than the USD price we list. This is not a typo or a conversion error. It is deliberate, and we want to be fully transparent about why.

Legacy Services runs two separate price lists. INR prices are set for businesses based in India, and USD prices are set for clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Europe and everywhere else. They are not one price shown in two currencies. Each list reflects what it actually costs us to deliver a project well in that market.

The first reason is time zones. When we work with a client in New York, London or Dubai, our team adjusts its hours so meetings, reviews and support happen during your business day, not ours. That means early mornings and late nights for our team, and it is built into the international rate.

The second reason is cross-border payments. International payments come with gateway fees, currency-conversion charges and bank costs that domestic payments do not. Instead of adding these as surprise charges on your invoice, we include them upfront in the USD price.

The third reason is contracts, invoicing and documentation. International projects need contracts and invoices that work across borders, plus more detailed written documentation, because the whole project is delivered remotely. Clear handover documents and recorded walkthroughs take real time to produce, and they are part of every international project.

Even with all of this included, our USD rates remain well below what agencies in the USA, UK or UAE typically charge for the same quality of AI agents, n8n automation and custom websites. You get the same team, the same process and the same standard of work that our Indian clients get, delivered in a way that fits an international business.
