    Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Legacy Services provides custom, proposal-based services. Billing, refund, and cancellation terms are defined according to the scope and structure of each engagement.

    Our services are custom-priced based on scope, complexity, and delivery requirements.

    Payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice.

    Completed work and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.

    Custom Pricing

    Legacy Services does not offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Fees are determined based on the specific requirements, strategic value, delivery timeline, and complexity of each engagement.

    Billing Terms

    • Billing may be structured as milestone-based, retainer-based, fixed-fee, or otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Payment schedules, due dates, and invoicing terms are defined in the relevant proposal, agreement, or invoice.
    • Work may be scheduled or delivered in phases depending on the scope of the engagement.

    Refund Policy

    • Payments for completed work, delivered strategy, consulting, design, development, automation, or implementation services are non-refundable.
    • Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable where they reserve time, capacity, planning, or production resources.
    • Third-party costs, software fees, hosting fees, domain registrations, transaction charges, and other external expenses are non-refundable once incurred.

    Cancellations and Pauses

    • A client may request to cancel or pause future work, subject to the commercial terms already agreed.
    • Any work completed, time committed, or costs already incurred up to the effective date of cancellation remain payable.
    • Where a project is paused for an extended period, timelines, resourcing, and pricing may need to be revised before work resumes.

    Changes in Scope

    If the project scope changes materially, we may issue a revised estimate, change order, or updated commercial terms before continuing with the expanded work.

    Priority of Signed Terms

    If there is any conflict between this page and a signed proposal, agreement, statement of work, or invoice, the signed document will control.

    Templates and Digital Downloads

    Legacy Services specializes in digital automation products such as n8n workflows, automation templates, AI agent resources, setup files, and other downloadable digital assets. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are considered final and non-reversible once the product has been delivered.

    1. No Refund & No Cancellation

    • All purchases made for Legacy Services digital products are treated as non-reversible once the product has been delivered.
    • Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
    • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

    2. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

    Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

    • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
    • You did not receive the product due to a verified system issue from our end.

    3. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund under the above conditions, you must contact us within 2 working days of the purchase.

    • Send your request to: support@legacyservices.in
    • Include your order details.
    • Include payment proof.
    • Include a clear description of the issue.
    • All requests will be carefully reviewed before approval.

    4. Resolution & Processing Time

    If your refund request is approved:

    • The refund will be processed within 3 working days.
    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

    5. File Issues & Replacement Policy

    If you face any issue such as:

    • Corrupted files.
    • Download errors.
    • Missing content.

    We will prioritize resolving the issue by providing a corrected or replacement file, instead of issuing a refund.

    6. Customer Responsibility

    Before making a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the product carefully and making sure it is suitable for their use case.

    • Reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase.
    • Ensuring compatibility with the required platform or tools, such as n8n, automation accounts, API credentials, Google Sheets, WhatsApp integrations, or any other software mentioned in the product description.
    • Entering correct email and contact details at checkout.
    • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, software/platform incompatibility, or incorrect details entered by the customer.

    7. Fraud & Misuse Protection

    • Legacy Services reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or misleading.
    • Legacy Services may suspend download access or future purchases for users attempting to exploit the refund, replacement, or download system.
